POLICIES

Journal Policies – American Journal of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AJAAI)

1. Open Access Policy

AJAAI is an open-access journal. All articles published are freely and permanently accessible online without any subscription or access fees. This policy promotes the global dissemination of knowledge and ensures that scientific research is available to all readers, researchers, and professionals.

2. Peer Review Policy

All submissions to AJAAI undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, clarity, methodology, validity of data, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept anonymous to ensure fairness and objectivity.

3. Plagiarism Policy

AJAAI maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against plagiarism. All manuscripts submitted are checked using plagiarism detection software. If any article is found to contain plagiarized content, it will be rejected immediately and the authors may be banned from future submissions.

4. Ethical Publishing Policy

Authors must ensure their research adheres to ethical standards in terms of data collection, analysis, reporting, and authorship. Any studies involving human or animal subjects must include appropriate ethical approval documentation. AJAAI follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for ethical publishing.

5. Copyright Policy

Authors retain full copyright of their articles. Upon acceptance, authors grant AJAAI the right to publish and distribute their work under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing others to share and adapt the work with appropriate credit.

6. Article Withdrawal Policy

Articles may be withdrawn by the author(s) before publication upon valid request. Once published, articles cannot be removed unless there are legal or ethical violations that warrant retraction.

7. Retraction Policy

AJAAI reserves the right to retract published articles if:

  • There is evidence of unethical research or misconduct.

  • Significant errors or fabricated data are found.

  • Plagiarism or duplicate publication is detected post-publication.

A retraction notice will be published and linked to the original article.

8. Archiving Policy

AJAAI uses digital repositories and databases to ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. Back issues and articles remain available even if the journal ceases publication.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during manuscript submission and peer review (e.g., names, email addresses, affiliations) will be used solely for the stated purposes of the journal and will not be shared with third parties without the author's consent.

10. Conflict of Interest Policy

All authors and reviewers must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may influence the research or review process. Transparency helps maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of scientific publication.
